Cancer Supports

Welcome to the Cancer Support Section

Let’s get personal.

My name is Sarah C McWilliams, and when I was diagnosed with Stage 3C invasive lobular carcinoma, my world changed overnight.
Like so many of you, I was overwhelmed, scared, and searching for answers.

My treatment journey began during the lockdown, with toddler twins, far from my beautiful family, in a different country, and at a time when connection felt nearly impossible. I longed for a place like this—a space where I could find someone who truly understood, someone to guide me and say, “You’re not alone, and here’s where to start.”

Why This Space Exists

This space is the answer to that longing. It’s for you—whether you’ve just been diagnosed, are supporting a loved one, or are simply trying to find your way. I am here.

Here, you’ll find:
Guidance
Connection
Links to resources you need the most

We’ve also created a WhatsApp group where you can:
Ask questions
Share your story
Connect with people who get it—those who have walked this path or are walking it with you now.

Lessons and Tips

Along the way, I’ve learned tips and tricks to get through treatment:
How to survive chemo and radiation
How to save your hair naturally
What helps strengthen your nails
How small acts of kindness—both from yourself and others—make all the difference

I’m here to share these lessons with you and help you find hope and empowerment, no matter where you are in your journey.

You Are Not Alone

This is more than a website—it’s a community, a safe haven, and a source of strength for anyone touched by cancer.

If you’re here to support a friend, sibling, or partner, welcome. You are an essential part of this circle. Together, we’ll find the answers, the resources, and the connection you need.

Take a breath. Take a step. And know that I’m here to help in any way I can.

Good Grief

Helping you face change with courage, find strength in the unknown, and turn fear into hope.

Love from x Sarah CMcW
